Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase as easily as you made it, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, for goods, services, and digital content. If you placed your order as a guest and do not have an account, please contact us at customersupport@drinklang.com and include your order number to submit your cancellation or withdrawal request.

Order Cancellation Request

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by using the CANCELL ITEM button available next to your order in your account. If the order has already been processed, shipment cannot be stopped. In this case, a refund will be issued after the product has been returned by the customer.
